CyberBackup encrypts your files and transfers them to three datacenters in the U.S. Each datacenter stores your files on multiple servers achieving the highest level of redundancy and data storage available.
Our advanced system is designed to allow for the complete destruction of two datacenters at the same time and 100% of your files will be available from our third datacenter.
Fast Transfers - Before your files are transferred to our datacenters they are compressed and reduced in size by 20-80% depending on the file type and contents.

Fast Internet - CyberBackup only uses your Internet connection for downloading software updates and backing up and restoring your files. If your Internet is slower than broadband you can set CyberBackup to automatically backup files at a time you don't use your computer.
File Encryption - Your files are encrypted on your computer using AES128 encryption. According to research by Seagate it requires at least 100 billion computers approximately 54 billion years to crack AES128 encryption.
File Transfer Security - Next your files are uploaded to our datacenters using SSL, the same encryption standard for online banking.
Secure Datacenters - Your files are stored inside nondescript buildings with perimeter and building security. The perimeter and buildings are monitored 24/7 using video surveillance, intrusion detection systems and other confidential means. Authorized staff must pass two-factor authentication at three checkpoints before access to the datacenter is granted.
Files Remain Confidential - After your files are encrypted on your computer and backed up to our datacenter the only way to decrypt and read your files is with the encryption key on your computer. Your encryption key is only stored on your computer so you are the only person with access to read your files.
