Like other rogue antispyware programs. AdwareSpy is promoted through the use of Trojan horses that secretly download and install the program. Once installed, AdwareSpy will harass the user with fake security alerts and phony system scans that yield false results. These scare tactics are used in order to frighten users into spending their hard-earned money on a useless program.
Though AdwareSpy claims to be able to remove spyware and adware, it has no such power. Finally, delete these directories:

Though this will effectively remove AdwareSpy, you will still have to deal with all the other Trojans, adware, spyware, and other malware.
