LoadCash is a browser hijacker that can download itself onto your computer. Browser hijackers can cause all sorts of mischief, especially with Microsoft Internet Explorer (although no browsers are 100% safe).
If you want to get rid of LoadCash, you should delete it and all files associated with it. You should also delete all registry keys and DLL files associated with it, including popcorn64.exe.
WARNING: you should not delete registry keys, DLL files, or any other system files, without some kind of trained supervision. If you delete the wrong files then you can damage or even disable Windows!
