ABXToolbar is a browser helper object (BHO) that is implemented into Internet Explorer.  It will display pop-up ads on your computer and will change your search pages and Internet settings without your consent.  You may also notice that the pop-ups ads are specific to your interests.  This is no accident.  It has been spying on you and gathering data to share with its controlling server.
