Barefruit/SmartError is an error page hijacker. This adware hijacker will redirect your search query to a site of their choosing.  Barefruit/SmartError also has the capability to change your settings and divert your current website over to a website that they want you to see.  This is all in an effort to force hits onto a website of their choice.
