HDTBar is an adware program that will install itself into your Internet Explorer.  Within Internet Explorer, HDTBar will add a toolbar.  This toolbar is designed to promote easy access to third-party sites.  You should be aware that HDTBar can infiltrate your computer while visit unsafe websites.  It may download additional malware onto your computer without your knowledge or consent.
