SearchTerror is a free search web page which will hijack a computer user’s system once on the site.  It is often found bundled with free rogue anti-spyware software called SpywareNo.  This rogue program will generate phony scans and fake threats.  This junk software will hijack your browser and send you to its affiliate websites.  It will also cause your computer to generate pop-up advertisements tailored to the browsing habits it has been monitoring.
SearchTerror is malware and should be removed from your computer as soon as it is noticed.  If you leave this software in place it will continue to degrade your computer’s performance.  There is an anti-spyware program called SpyZooka that has the reputation and experience to get rid of your malware problems.
