Security Toolbar is a malicious toolbar that installs itself with rogue antispywares such as SpyAxe.  This corrupt software will display fake pop-ups that tell you that your computer is infected with malware.  After many warning messages, you will then be directed to sites where you are told to buy a variety of dangerous and completely FAKE anti-spyware programs.  This is junk software and should be removed from your system immediately.
