I tried a few steps that Norton recommended, but the virus was still there. I reformatted my computer and the virus came back. I am unable to open Malwarbytes, go to Microsoft Update, update any of my spyware, anti-virus definitions, or clear my browser cache. After that, I gave a free scan with Spyzooka, that found Win32.Banito. I had to download Win32.Banito Remover and I'm happy that there is no reason of reinstalling windows for the second time.
