SwiftCleaner is a rogue security program that intends to make you believe that malware and other threats reside on your PC, so that you will pay for the product they offer to remove these infections. Through aggressive security warnings and fake online scanners, SwiftCleaner attempts to convince you that your computer is severely infected.
This malicious program has no ability to scan your computer; nor can it detect or remove spyware. SwiftCleaner is in fact spyware, and may collect information about all that you do online. Private information may be accessed as well, placing your personal identity at risk. SwiftCleaner will make your PC slow or unstable, and may place additional malware on your computer as well, making the problems worse.
