I had a backdoor trojan named Win32.Insurect. I've scanned my computer with both Norton and Webroot Spysweeper. They keep picking up a bunch of spyware and other trojans, but the backdoor trojan can't be deleted by Norton. I tried doing a scan in safe mode and it still was unable to delete it. I kept getting a bunch of popups from websites and there was an icon on my toolbar that keeps directing me to go to a website to download another spyware program. I ran a scan with Spyzooka and found the same virus. So I decided to download the removal tool and I am finally released. Now I know this is a site I can trust;)
