KillAndClean

KillAndClean is one of those Rogue Antispyware programs that is designed to deliver a series of falsified alerts that the computer is infected with spyware that isn’t there. They also are known for delivering annoying pop-ups and other unrequested forms of marketing, usually for poor-quality antispyware programs that are not intended to help protect the computer.  These kinds of programs are identifiable because they try to intimidate and/or trick people into paying for additional rogue anti-spyware applications.
Many users will note faked detection scans and falsified reporting of threats, as well. The spyware states that there are infections on the machine when there are none.  These reports are often tellingly vague, however, and do not offer any information of value.  KillAndClean serves no useful purpose on a computer and should be removed at the first opportunity.
