Ripgof is a backdoor program that allows an attacker to control your computer from a remote location and use it for malicious purposes or intentions. Ripgof enables the hacker to execute commands, change network settings, modify or disable system files and gain access to private information. Ripgof also allows the attacker to add additional software to your PC, which may consist of malware.
Ripgof should be removed at once when detected. To remove Ripgof manually, you must kill all associated running processes, then detect related files and values in the Windows registry and various other locations so that they may be deleted. Manual removal may cause damage to your PC and is not advised. To remove Ripgof automatically, it is suggested you use a reputable antispyware tool such as Spyzooka, which is designed for this purpose.
