Win32.Parasite

Just like its name describes, Win32.Parasite, will try to drain all that is beneficial and useful from its host and cause the host undue harm.  Without its host, it cannot live or multiply.  This describes this malware to a “T.”  Win32.Parasite works in tandem with another program that will install itself and send out fake system alerts and popup notifications.  The author of the program is Lee Hasiuk and it belongs to a group entitled NeoWorx, Inc.
