Wnad is spyware that may install a Trojan when you download games and animation from TwistedHumor.com. This software application has been known to take over a user’s web browser and display aggravating pop-up advertisements on a timer. After installation, the software goes into sleep mode, making it apparently non-existent for up to ten days. When Wnad awakens, the software goes to work detecting web browsers currently installed on your system, such as Internet Explorer, AOL, and Netscape. Wnad then contacts other websites such as www.rankyou.com, www.twistedhumor.com, and www.srv2cpt.com to send out pop-up advertisements.
As you can imagine, if you have ads coming from one or more of these websites, it can be quite annoying when you’re trying to perform other actions on your PC. For this reason, it is recommended that you remove Wnad immediately. There are several free spyware removal programs available as well as manual removal instructions, but the truth is, many of these programs just don’t have the power to get rid of most adware programs, at least not all of them. If you want a 100% guarantee that any and all traces of spyware will be eliminated, then you want to go with ZookaWare PC Cleaner. One of the only spyware removal applications that can offer a “guarantee,” this is the only way to go. Anything else is simply a waste of time.
