ZippyLookup Adware Profile

ZippyLookup is an adware program disguised as a toolbar add-on for your browser.  It was first discovered on August 16 of 2005.  It is created by Masterly International, SA in Costa Rica, and distributed from http://www.zippylookup.com.

ZippyLookup is installed manually, or as part of a bundle. It has been known to reset your home page, redirect searches, and deliver pop-up ads.  It is also set to start when you start up Internet Explorer, so it can be difficult to remove.

The activity of ZippyLookup can seriously slow down your computer’s performance.  It can also potentially cause your Internet browser to freeze or crash.  Any supposed benefits it offers are not worth compromising the functionality of your computer.

If you are infected with this program, you should remove it immediately with ZookaWare PC Cleaner.  ZippyLookup has an uninstall program at their website, but there’s no guarantee that it will remove the adware components.  While there are other means to remove ZippyLookup, ZookaWare PC Cleaner has proven to consistently and completely remove this threat from your computer.  ZookaWare PC Cleaner guarantees complete removal of this threat.

There is an unknown program which keeps trying to connect to the internet after windows starts to function, then i press the close button, but then i hear the proccessor roars.Whenever I try to open the internet explorer a window says:
Internet Explorer Script Error, do you want to continue running scripts on this page. When i try to open a web page , it shows at the left corner of the page there is a triangle with a exclamation mark inside of it, and a message says error on page.
My a-v found ZippyLookup. I had to download a remover but with no luck. It seems that yours worked fine.
    My thanks!

I have a Dell laptop that has been fine for years. I run AVG antivirus and firewalls are in place. Somehow over the past few months, something managed to get past everything. Now I am on blacklists for spamming. I have tried Panda, TrendMicro, Spybot S&D, AD-Watch, Ad-Aware, SmitRem, and others. Even though they have found and removed various items (mostly cookies), I am still having issues. The blacklists are still showing recent spamming activity from my IP. Now my system has started crashing to the blue screen and doing a stack dump. I can’t send email through my company because I am blacklisted and all the servers seem to block me out.
I ran SpyZooka and the problem seems to be “ZippyLookup”. Your program removed it and my life is more easy. 🙂
