Thank you for terminating all extras. As a comment, uninstall programs from several supplier leave a lot to be desired. I have used "Revo Uninstaller Pro" to remove traces if the uninstall didn't work correctly.
Thereafter I usually run a registry repair program. I have purchased and used a number of registry repair programs Uniblue Registry Booster, Reg Cure, PC Medkit, Ashampoo Win Optimizer, Etc. So far, "SpeedZooka" has been the best by far.

Last week I was trying to install a Windows update, and I kept getting an error messages. I finally gave up after hours of dealing with it and called you guys. You found out that my Windows was missing some registry info. On June 2, 2012 I called your service because I was getting ready to throw my computer out the window. Thank You for the fast response to my problem. The machine that was infected was one that is used in our Clerk of Court's records room.
