ISO 9660 is a file system for CD and DVD formats for multiple operating systems such as UNIX, LINUX, Mac and Microsoft Windows. It also allows for the use of the Joliet format which supports long filenames, non-ASCII character sets, and UDF file system to handle large media file sizes typical of video and audio data.
The file aacplus.dll has a reverse function compared to its other component – the module aac.dll. The former is a compiler-type link library for burning and writing purposes, while the latter has the exact opposite function of being able to decode audio code written in the same format from a CD or DVD media. The latter also functions as a component used in MP4 format extraction. Other programs that use the file aacplus.dll are audio compiler utility programs like BeSweet and the like that makes use of AAC audio format.
